Terms of Use

By using the Yaatrees mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in our End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA constitutes a legal agreement between you (the end user) and Yaatrees, and it governs your use of the App including, but not limited to, the software, the associated media, printed materials, and any online or electronic documentation.

License Grant: The EULA grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of the EULA.

Restrictions: You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.

Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Yaatrees or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.

Software Updates: The App may from time to time receive updates or enhancements. You understand that the App is evolving and that the form and nature of the App may change without prior notice to you.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, including local laws of the country or region in which you reside or in which you download or use the App.

Termination: The license granted to you under the EULA will continue until it is terminated by either party. You may terminate the license at any time by uninstalling and ceasing all use of the App. The license will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of the EULA.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, and Yaatrees expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Yaatrees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

Your use of the App signifies your understanding and agreement to comply with the terms of the EULA. Any violation of the EULA may result in termination of your access to the App and may subject you to legal liability.
